Status

Outline planning consent has been granted and the site has been demolished and cleared, ready for construction. The Bristol Road entrance was completed in May 2006.

Detailed master planning is currently underway and the anticipated development timetable is as follows:

  • Construction of first buildings due to commence 2009
  • Phase 1 buildings ready 2010
  • Construction will be undertaken in phases with final completion anticipated in 2015
