Road

University Science Park, Pebble Mill gives direct access to Birmingham city centre, less than a mile away, via the A38 Bristol Road which is a key arterial route into and out of the city. Birmingham is at the hub of the UK’s motorway network, offering quick and easy access to the M6, M6 toll, M1, M42, M40 and M5, and is less than 2 hours drive to London.

Rail

Birmingham has three mainline railway stations, two of which – New Street and Snow Hill – are located in the city centre, while Birmingham International is conveniently situated close to Birmingham International Airport and offers hourly services to central London, through a 76 minute journey.

Additionally, the only university train station in the UK can be found on the University of Birmingham campus adjacent to University Science Park, Pebble Mill, connecting directly to New Street station in minutes.

The area is well served by main bus routes and services that provide easy access within the region.

Air

Birmingham International Airport is the fifth largest airport in the UK, handling over 9 million passengers in 2006 and the highest proportion of business traffic, second only to Heathrow. Offering daily flights to New York and 9 daily flights to Paris and Frankfurt, the airport is also served by over 50 airlines, offering flights to more than 100 destinations.
